No. Nookgleam does not make disinfecting, sanitizing, antimicrobial, or germ-killing claims.
How do I know whether a tool is right for a surface?
Read the Safe surfaces and Avoid using on notes near the purchase area, check the surface manufacturer's care guidance, and test in an inconspicuous spot.
Can I use the drain-edge tool in a garbage disposal?
No. Never use it in a garbage disposal, powered drain, toilet, hot drain, or with chemical drain cleaner. It is not a plumbing snake and is not intended to clear a blockage.
Can I use the electronics brushes on a powered device?
No. Power off and unplug the device, follow the manufacturer's care instructions, and keep moisture away.
Why are there kits?
Small tools work best when each one has a clear job. The room-based kits group related manual tools. Compare the included pieces before choosing a set.
How should reusable cloths and brushes be cared for?
Follow the product-specific care notes. In general, remove trapped debris, wash wet-room tools separately from electronics tools, and let every component dry completely before compact storage.

Where do my orders ship from?
We don't keep a warehouse of our own. Instead, we hand-pick the products in our store and work with trusted U.S. fulfillment partners who ship your order directly to you. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages, and your package may come in our partner's packaging or include a packing slip or gift slip from our partner. How do I start a return?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@nookgleam.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please don't use any return link printed on a gift slip or packing slip, and don't send items to the address shown on your package. Those returns aren't handled by us, and we can't guarantee a full refund through them.
